Video Recording & Recurring Events

We would like to see a more intuitive and smart Events feature.

  1. The ability to change instances in a recurring series (change date, time and details for one event)

  2. Ability to edit a past event description that is part of a series without it sending the whole series again to everyone

  3. Ability to ‘share’ an event as a link to a post inside a community channel

  4. Ability for other video recording tool to upload the recording instantly/after an event is finished (right now only Zoom Recordings on Cloud are accepted)

  5. Ability to add / invite new people to only one event in a series

What problem does this solve?
It would help minimise confusion and makes everything neat - all information for one event only shows for one event -- future instances should not be forced to change because of changes to past events. We recently added links to video recording of past events to individual events - but this triggered the event series so it sent the whole event again to everyone and event the instances that we deleted or changed times were re-sent to community.
