Feature Requests

I want to click into a specific member and see how active they are and be able to jump to their posts easily. I'd view it as a report card in case we want to help support specific members because we notice they're not being that active or getting as much engagement

    I just wanted to check at the progress of a specific client inside a course and realized how important this is!

    This can make all the difference when it comes to helping members within our community, being able to corroborate progress, payments, previous interactions, etc.

    Information that could be useful:

    • Last active

    • Signed up

    • Email

    • Tags

    • Sales / Spent

      -Recurring / Pending

    • Products -> sign-up, start, expiry and progress

    This can take Heartbeat to the next level!

    Yes, please! I think that is one of the key things a community owner should keep track of --- who are your "disappearing members"… so you then rope them back in! The Analytics section has a "who are your Top Performers". Would love to have a "Who are your Poorest Performers" too…

    OR, possibly better -- as you say, a "Score Card" of each member's engagement level.
