The voice notes take a while to send once you send it through, and you can't come out of it in that time which takes up quite a lot of time. Is this something that you are able to improve upon?
Voice notes are in beta! We are testing a new voice notes feature in our closed mobile app beta which will allow you to record and send voice notes as DMs, replies, or messages all within Heartbeat.
Voice notes will be transcribed automatically and searchable across the platform.
Look out for this feature in the full release of the new mobile app in 1-2 weeks.

Push-to-Talk voice messages are a crucial feature that drives the growth of WhatsApp and Telegram groups. People don't have time to text anymore; they want to press the recording button and chat using voice messages. Please bring this feature to make your platform more attractive for those who still host their communities on these messaging platforms.

Voice notes are live on the new Heartbeat mobile app! Leave voice note responses in DMs, comments, or messages throughout your community! 🎙️ Heartbeat will automatically generate transcripts for your voice notes, making the content searchable using your community search bar!
Make sure to update your app in the app store before trying out voice notes for yourself :)

Yes, sending asynchronous voice notes would be amazing and such a great feature so I could keep everything inside of Heartbeat. Thank you for considering this request!

This feature would be a true differentiator for some who are choosing where to host their communities - in the best possible way for HB!
