My clients and I have been sending voice notes through DM on the mobile app, but when I'm on the desktop I want to be able to easily send one from inside my browser.
Hey Amy! You can do this using the microphone icon when in the mobile app. 🙌 If it's not working for you, please contact the Support Team by clicking on Help within the app or by emailing support@heartbeat.chat 😃

Siobhan ah, I was looking on desktop - I do have it on the app. It would be great to have it on desktop too for people who don't want to download the app.

Voice notes are now possible on desktop as comments, posts, and messages! We also include transcripts, which are searchable via the community search bar. Check out our announcement in last month's townhall: https://community.heartbeat.chat/t/announcements/e6b7c372-eba2-4396-8a7f-03230bae0a90
