Zapier Trigger for Member Cancellation
It would be very helpful to have a native Zapier trigger for member cancellations in Heartbeat. A cancellation event trigger that links to the member information and exit survey would be incredibly useful for automating cancellation analysis and for win-back attempts.

If it’s added to Zapier, would also love to see it added to Pabbly. (I also just put in a request for additional endpoints in the API and MCP so that scripted automations, like custom dashboards, can surface this information without us having to dig.) We really need more visibility on member statuses and the ability to interact with them automatically (specifically outside of Heartbeat, where email integrations live).
