Onboarding with the mobile app download requirement ads a lost of friction! Can there be a possibility for a first time set up to continue in the browser?

Can't emphasize this request enough! Currently having to rely solely on Whatsapp to keep up community engagement via mobile!

Really need to allow people to access via mobile without downloading the app.

Desktop access on Mobile
Hillary Acer
Ability to skip app login on mobile and go direct to desktop app since some capability does not exist on mobile. (Ex. I was not able to edit an event on my phone when I had an emergency and could not host my event at the last minute).

yes definitely, even if it were a lite version that only included some features and not all, a lot of users don't add apps because of storage limits on their phones etc. I myself stopped using the hearth on my phone because I wasn't given the option of a web version. I get that some features would be hard on a mobile web browser, but there are so many features eg the threads, that could work on web browser very comfortably and so I'd like to see an alternative to all or nothing. It would increase engagement too.

Mobile Browser Compatible Website
Jonathan Provost
Instead of just an app, please make the website compatible with web browsers on mobile.
most people wont want an app just for 1 website or chat app.
it also causes registration issues when a user doesnt finish registration via the mobile browser because the "use existing account" tab on the invite doesnt work on a mobile browser, so they get stuck and a lot of users make a second email and it screws up invites because i end up with emails not matching the recipients i sent them to

I agree. Our community serves a group of people who are not very technologically capable.
Having to be directed to an app store to download an app, then go back to the original email to find the 6-digit code to input, only to be asked to then log in with a username and password, will undoubtedly result in a drop-off for any of my members who attempt the process using a mobile device.

definitely need the mobile browser to work with this.
