Ability to choose if View Recording button will show when using Zoom integration

Currently, the Zoom integration looks for cloud recordings and automatically adds the View Recording button.

A workaround is to not use the Zoom integration and instead use a custom Zoom link.

This would be helpful for admins who need to use the cloud for Zoom in order to integrate with other video services like Vimeo, but who do not want the View Recording button visible on the event.
