Large File Size For Post in Threads
Im very surprised to not be able to link an external file to a Thread post. So that severely limits me to a small video post if indeed I want to use video. You also need an error message if my file size is too large. Right now it just ends and I have no idea what happened.

We've recently expanded our embed functionality using iframely (https://iframely.com/domains) which allows you to display iframes of content you're hosting elsewhere on your threads, docs, and courses.
As for native video upload, that is still limited and you can vote on that feature here: https://feedback.heartbeat.chat/feature-requests/p/better-native-video-upload-limit-increase

The work around (isn't ideal) for us is to upload the photo/video into Google Photos (since its our storage), and then send the shared link into the Thread. Some of us have also used Google Drive as well. Not ideal, but its a work around.
Highlight the word you want to link, click on the LINK icon (looks like a chain), and then add in the link.
