Prevent Direct Calls

Currently Direct Calls between members is controlled by the Roles setting "Start Voice Rooms" which enables or disables both Direct Calls between members and ability to Start a temporary ad-hoc Voice Room. There is a General Setting option "Prevent DMs". It would be great to add "Prevent Direct Calls" to control this capability separately from the "Create Voice Rooms" capability.
