Clickable Box Needs for Payment Checkout

Feature Requests

You currently have the ability to have customers agree to Terms of Service at checkout, but it displays them. This is not legally adequate. We need a clickable box (an affirmative action) for the customer to click and agree to those linked terms BEFORE they pay.

    This is actually a serious issue we are dealing with right now and I’m disappointed because the setup docs word this feature in such a way that it sounds like it operates correctly but it doesn’t.
