Enable carousel customization
I’d like to customize the right sidebar in my community. Specifically, I want to add permanent banners/cards just below the “Trending Post” widget to give members dynamic access to other parts of the community (like Courses, Events, Tools). Is it possible to enable custom widgets or sidebar customization for my community? Thanks in advance!

More Customization - Sign Up Page & Offer
If we link directly to the offer we have zero ways of customizing "the cart" also I would like to have it not like they are setting up an account (even though it does) for the user to stay in the mindset of checking out. I just don't think it works well for a cold lead, so I still use ThriveCart. Also, the Sign up pages, as so limited on what we can add, that I still build my pages inside WordPress, again as they are, they aren't that favorable for cold audience conversion IMO>

Admin settings available on the mobile app
Hello, everyone! We would love to have the admin settings available as well in the mobile app. This significant update will empower us to efficiently address community issues, enhancing our responsiveness and speed.

Add HTML code to our Heartbeat communities
I'd love the ability to add html code to our entire community. This would allow admins to add features such as embedding support chat boxes (rather than having to go through DMs), using site tour apps (embedded with the html), and incorporate tools like WisdomAI to provide even more support to our members. I'm sure there are many other applications for this as well.

Change navigation language to admin assigned custom name
Under Admin Settings, admins can create a custom name for each of the community sidebar icons/links. However, this custom name doesn't follow through to the navigation. For example, if I rename Documents to "Notes", then I click into "Notes", the navigation at the top left leads me back to "All Documents", not "All Notes". Same for Courses, etc.

Level System like Skool
A level system could offer the following advantages: Boost motivation: Visible progress and gamification make the platform more interactive, encouraging members to stay active. Promote active participation: Rewards for engagement lead to more interactions and strengthen the sense of community. Structured learning path: Gradual unlocking of content ensures clear and continuous development for members.

Onboarding video (flexible to be moved around in the onboarding setup)
Hello everybody! I know the HB admins changed the video inside the onboarding setup to be at the end of the process to improve the completion rate. However, I would love to have the option to move the video around inside the setup. In my community, the onboarding video is best to have at the beginning of the onboarding, so it's the first thing they see because we want to explain some important guidelines they need to consider when creating their profile. If this could be customizable, it would be PERFECT. I hope you consider this as well, thank you so much.

Attach channel/group permissions to category IDs
If a user has a role that allows them to create a channel, they can by default see all category titles (even if those categories only have channels they can't see/don't have access to it) I understand the reason for this is so they can theoretically add new channels to those categories. It would be great if the admin could tie the group permissions for channel visibility to the parent category so that they match. For example, I have a remote only team and we use our heartbeat community as a workspace. All of our channels are under a "team" category. There's no scenario where one of our customers would need to add channels to that category (but we do want them to have that permission for other categories). Thanks!

Better control over roles/permissions
The way the roles toggles have been set up doesn't make sense. If I want to create a role that can modify groups, he can't do that unless I toggle "Manage Community Settings" which gives him a bunch of permissions I don't want to give them (e.g. changing the name of the community). Plus, it would make sense if there was further granularity to that permission. Instead of being able to edit/modify ANY group, it would be nice if we could allow users to edit/modify only the groups that they create.
