Having a flagging system on posts so moderators can mark posts for other admin to show what has been reviewed, what still needs a response, etc.

When there is a direct message received there is a notication badge on the app icon that says '1 in a red circle' like most apps have. The same is not true for the main chat thread that is the main soruce of my community as the thread works as a big group chat. This does not highlight there is x amount of new notifications, to prompt a user to go into the chat. I need this feature to work like whats app or telegram so it has returning users. It looks like you can do this with the group direct messaging but not the threads. Still good then do better in group Dm like be able to pin group rules? It also should appear as a notification badge in the app like messages, home, then instead of bolding which one has new information in it, which just looks like its a title, rather than there is unread messages there. Otherwise people are unsure what they are being directed too.

Allow each user to customize their profile with additional pictures/posts/accomplishments/albums, etc. Similar to FB.

I’m making a community based on a tabu topic, which might be overwhelming for members to share their personal names. Having the option to "not ask for" Last Names" or even having the "Lorem Ipsum" would be a good idea.

Create a way to see a list of "pending members" that entered via invitation, and approve them manually instead of automatically for more control.

Could you please introduce a feature that allows administrators to use onboarding questions as a filter and approve or reject membership requests after potential members fill out a form? Currently, we use a separate form to screen those who join the community, creating unnecessary friction with two forms. This feature or something similar would be is super important for us because it streamlines the onboarding process and enables us to approve members based on the information provided. By incorporating onboarding questions as a screening filter, we can ensure that only suitable members are approved, enhancing the quality and integrity of our community.

Can the text on this page be changed to something like "Please enter your email address and follow the prompts to complete your payment for <Product Name>"? I believe if the person is paying for a product or membership subscription, it's confusing to say they're invited to join a community. If someone is using the invite link on an external sales page as their pay button, this is even more confusing. It may also just be better to have email address & payment info being asked for on the same screen instead of two different screens.

Use case: payment for our courses comes from organization they belong to so we'd like to be able to track account number, staff id, etc as part of their profile. I can match up with secondary Airtable db, but would love if everything was in a single location inside of Heartbeat.

Using this app as a coaching tool, having the ability to interact with clients directly on the app through asynchronous video and audio would greatly enhance the intimacy and deeper connectivity of the app.
