Ability to change the first name field to "Username" when members are signing up. And for current members, for them to be able to switch to a "Username."

We desperately need more customization of landing pages. Removing buttons, changing location of buttons, changing titles on various buttons, placing text in different areas and different fonts. The pages should be fully customizable.

Please add option which allow us to use our logo for loading icon instead of the current pumping heart which is not good for branding.

I'd like to be able to create a lower ticket subscription offer where DMs are disabled so customers are forced to post on the channel. This will allow engagment to increase and ability to build an FAQ that point to the post rather than answering the questions over and over again in the DMs. Note, it should be if member is in this group, DM access is disabled no matter what other groups they are in. and no, I wouldn't like to disable DMs across the board, higher paying clients should still have DM access. 😊

The ability to manage email notifications is currently only available from desktop. It would be great if this were possible to do from the mobile app version too.

It would be amazing to have the ability to have forms / questionnaires / surveys embedded into the platform that we can send to clients or include throughout our courses / programs instead of sending them to another platform to collect that info!

This is a small thing, but an important one imo. Add optional tagline / slogan under the community name.

We have a desperate need to have the ability to turn on certain features for admins but not others. For example, I want to give my admins full workflow, basic member details, and group access, but not access to backend stuff like analytics, billing, offerings, etc. Is this possible? I need more help on the admin side of things, but am not able to delegate because of the restrictions. It isn't appropriate for them to see certain information and I would love to be able to restrict where needed and open up access where desired.

I was testing out the email notification features with courses and found that the email itself really lacks any kind of context for the course member. I titled my test lesson "Cocktail hour" and wrote a few bullet points and added a picture because I was curious how the content would come through in the email notification. But it didn't. See screenshots attached of what my course page looks like and what the email notification sent me. Instead of "New lesson available!" I would rather have the lesson title appear in the large bold heading. I would like the content from the lesson to appear in the email itself. Or at least have some of the text appear in the email and cut it off with a "keep reading" or "view more" button that brings you directly to that lesson.
