When someone in my community has a probelm, right now the only solution is to reach out to me directly (which can be overwhelming) or we've set up a troubleshoot channel which we try to check every few days. Would be great if there could be some ticket system (maybe like Trello), where our users can open a ticket, choose from a category list which we create, and it'll auto assign itself to the admins (or better yet we can automate it according to the category). Then we can set the ticket to "pending", "in progress", tag someone else... We'd rather this solution be in-house rather than send our community members outside of HB which reduces engagement and the chance they'll use it. Thank you (:
