Matchups now display member names but not links to their profile. It might not be easy to identify the person in the directory, plus it's an extra step most people won't take. However if they can click the other member's profile in the matchup email and then dm them, many more people will reach out. Thank you!

I just tested Match ups for the first time. The contacts receive an email and their email addresses are shown in the to-field. We cannot do that here in Europe! GDPR… Is there a way to set up the match notification within heartbeat DMs?

Is there any way we can have a feedback option for our community after the matchup? Just like what you guys did in "Events". Please. Thank you

We are trying to reduce ghosting in our Matchup function. We need a way to ensure that after two members are matched, they are required to send a templated or pre-written message to each other before the app unlocks the ability for them to exchange external contact details or access the full direct messaging thread. Is this feature available, and if not, is there a recommended workaround?

* More options in terms of frequency *Option to limit how users are paired (e.g. gender) * Ability to add users to different pools and then to choose how these pools would be matched. For example, I'd like to have pools depending of the tenure of the members and then choose to match people in pool 1 only with people in the same pool, but people in pool 2 with people in pool 3.

It would be great if folks got a group DM initiated when they got matched up. E.g. a HB bot opening a group message between the 2 or three with whatever messaging we want so they can organize a time to meet. Email only is tending to get lost especially when we rely on the app for most other alerts.

PLEASE can the marvellous Matchups feature allow for me to set unique days and times for each group. I want my courses to have their own Matchups and to set the day and time and leave it to run for the entire course. Right now there is only one general group with one date and time so I'm doing it manually for each course each week!

It would be wonderful if matchups were solely on the platform. Ideally, matchup participants could create a private event for themselves and other participants to facilitate scheduling. Incorporating a weekly/monthly calendar view would complement this nicely!

We are actively using the Matchups feature and I need to pull specific data to evaluate its performance.

I would love to see a feature where a chat room would automatically be made after the matchups are sent through. This would especially be great for groups purely focused on community just like mine.
