You'll be able to turn some of your documents public, so they'll appear in search results of all major search engines. Goal here is to allow docs to serve as a lead gen hook for your community.

would you please consider adding "smart docs" to your docs? They are incredibly helpful for clients assignments, to do's etc Here is a video what they are : https://www.loom.com/share/632d6bc477d646008c210f01b5ac8c19 Basically it allows you to create your own custom forms which the students then can fill out to complete, for example custom to do lists, which the student then can check when they have done it, or you ask them a question and they can fill it out but it saves it there.

I suppose I'm looking for something similar to how Simplebase did it. We could "feature" an article, so it looks like this when you land on the main page.

For my communities where there is a tonne of quite broad resources available it would help me and my members so much to have better organisation of docs folders. I want to be able to have folders inside folders, with list view rather than just large sections. Basically like how any computer can have files in side folders inside folders. That would be a total game changer.

I would like the ability to turn off commenting on documents

I would like to be able to change text colors or highlight text with something other than blue in HB docs in order to match my own branding & make my docs more colorful.

Remove the ability for users to comment on Docs. Have different abilities to switch back and forth (view the doc or comment on it etc.)

It would be awesome to have a card-style layout available when creating docs. This helps those with neurodiversity be better able to synthesize information if it's more visual and not just straight text. It also is really helpful for displaying pages with member bios (if you want to highlight or recognize certain members). It would be amazing to have the option to represent the information in a bit more visual way.

When saving a thread to the docs area, the original author is lost. I think it's important to keep this info visible so they get credit for the share. I'm also using this feature to save off "warm fuzzies" as people give nice feedback in my community & in the docs area, I can no longer tell who posted the feedback.

When threads & docs start to get a lot of comments (and a lot of gifs), it can be a lot of scrolling to find the newest. I'd like to see a toggle/link that allows us to sort newest comments first.
