Feature Requests

It would be great to have the option to extend an event beyond 12 hours long: for community challenges. Because this would build some hype around them and also give people an option to RSVP and be considered to be attending the challenge to boost engagement and incentivize learning.

Would love to have some sort of notification for events when students RSVP, or have a registration option for events that can be added as card to a lesson that makes you get a notification when someone signs up.

I would love to add 2 things to the Events. The ability to modify the "View Recording" button so that we can put our link to the recording when we delete it from Zoom and upload it elsewhere. I specifically want to put the link to the recording that I embed in a doc file on HeartBeat. The ability or additional field to embed code in the event description. This will be great too because we can embed the recordings right into the event and we save people time from clicking around the app to find what they look for. And maybe the ability to change an event title if it's part of recurring if for some reason we want to modify the topic of that particular event of the series. Thanks! 🙏

Please allow us to delete past recurring events.

We use Heartbeat to run an in-person social club for dog lovers to get-together with our dogs. We regularly go for hikes, walks, dog parks, happy hours, and more - we visit many of our locations regularly. It would be great if we could create "venues" or locations to reuse for new events. ALSO - Need options for: Location Name, Location Address, Location URL, and Location Map link - as well as to move the pin to change the specific location pin. Being that we hike quite often, many large public parks have many many trailheads/parking lots, so we need to be able to easily differentiate between multiple meeting spots at the same "location"

I would love if when someone RSVPs for an event, they get presented with an option to add it to their own calendar. I just saw this done in Circle. Here's a screenshot. When clicking, you get a drop-down of different calendars you could add to.

Sometimes we run one-off workshops or challenges that we want nested under a Section. Example, Section name- Growth Circle, Channel - Deep Work Sessions Having a “Single Event” Channel Type would allow us to promote the event, chat pre/post, and archive it without it lumped into the General Event Tab.

Add Calendarlink features like "Add to Calendar" and personalised landing page with all Public Events (and why not private event with call to action for join community for registering. Website : https://calendarlink.com/ And if is not plan, maybe create tutorial for Integrate API HEARTBEAT WEBHOOK for use Zapier to automaticly add HB Event to CalendarLink or reverse ^^.

Hi, I would love to have the ability to customize email notifications by group - for instance if I'd like my highest tier group to receive the heavy email notifications and my lowest tier to receive none or vice versa I'd love to be able to set that up. This helps coaches meet their clients where they are - where some of my clients may want to be automatically rsvpd and others may prefer to not have that time taken on their calendar. If I can mark those clients with the appropriate groups, then I could filter the email notifications.

Would be great if event creator could designate someone that they invite as a co host, so that the co host can also edit event settings, etc
