Feature Requests

We use Apix-Drive as our tool for automations, and it would be great to not have to switch to Zapier to use automations in Heartbeat. Now we have to use Zapier to send a thread if a user enters a specific group. It would be great to have all our automations in one tool!

I have my own community featuers on my website and want members of it to be sync with members of the heartbeat community. How to achieve this ?

Instead of a delay, automations should run as soon as they're triggered.

Currently only Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn are supported by the Api

I think that an direct integration to some E-Mail-Tools like ActiveCampaign, ConvertKit, Mailchimp etc would be very helpful. You can connect them via Zapier, but if you want to trigger a true Double-Optin like connecting them to a specific form, it is not an easy 1-Step Automation.

Ability to use Google Meet instead of Zoom for events/video.

Would be super powerful to have Canva as an integration. Can you imagine how awesome that would make Heartbeat for courses???

It would be great and a good selling point (for you and us) if we can implement ChatGPT functions in our apps. Like chatbot or AI playground for people to use in our apps to help themselves with quick answers, just like on the ChatGPT site. I implemented it on my site and people love it. (I attached a screenshot from my website community that I am migrating to heartbeat.)

Surprised this isn't available. I'd love to use the free tier in my membership also as my email newsletter group.
