I would like to see non-competitive forms of gamification. In other words, gamification that encourages an individual to keep participating and progressing, but not as compared to others. Points that can be traded in for rewards, stars or other visual ability to see your progress, being able to "level up" based on participation or course completion, bingo boards, etc.

It would be useful to display active contributors or collaborator based on their level of activity inspiring others to engage more.

Would be great if members could rate the content (docs, courses) in our heartbeat community after they have used it. Would be helpful to other members to see these ratings when choosing docs or courses. Would also give our administrators a better indication of the content that is most useful to members vs. content that was less useful and needs to be updated. This type of social affirmation is very common on sites like TripAdvisor and others.

As an admin, I want to reward my members that invite friends by unlocking specific content for them.

The leaderboard in Skool is a gamification feature that ranks members based on the points they earn for their activity and engagement within the community. How Points are earned: Members earn points when other members like or upvote their posts, comments, and replies. Each like or upvote equals 1 point for the author of that content. The more engaging and valuable content a member contributes, the more points they can accumulate. For example, reaching Level 2 (Contributor) may unlock the ability to chat with other members, while Level 7 (Goat) could grant access to visit the Skool headquarters.

I've received member feedback that the grey color of sidebar links that are not selected looks more like a "dead link" than an unselected condition. Can we explore darkening the greyed-out color a bit, or making its hex code another customizable variable?

I’d love to have a feature to celebrate member birthday’s in the community. I image it as option for admins to add to the onboarding, then when a member joins they can opt to add their birth date, and select if they want it celebrated in the birthday feed on their birthday. (It would also be in their account settings). If birthday’s is enabled in the community, a new thread is created for all the birthday announcements and an automatic post is published on the members birthday.

Singer and songwriter community members would like to upload their performances via mobile.

We’d love to have a Pages channel option — similar to Notion-style docs — where we can create rich text pages with images, videos, and formatted blocks. 🔹 Ideal use case: Creating a “How This Works” page or onboarding walkthrough inside the platform. 🔹 Bonus: Let us add a Pages tab as a second tab within a channel to complement chat threads (like a static reference next to conversations).
